These small black specks on ice are the fishermen. Mainly form Latvia - as far as they have no lakes of their own, Estonia is providing this friendly service :)

Kääriku
is a location in South Estonia, kind of a ski resort in winter time. Was there last night attending the winter seminar of university geographers as they invited me to give a talk on the achievements in physics over the last decade. Had a nice time - the geographers are joyful and active folks and I like them.
